About this deal

Brother produces a good range of colour laser printers and the HL-L3210CW is one of its most affordable. per month, simply select your plan based on how much you print and never worry about running out of ink and toner again. Should you not use all the pages assigned to your plan, your unused pages will be rolled over for use within the billing quarter. Brother rates the HL-L3210CW at 19 pages per minute (ppm), which is on the slow side for laser and laser-class machines. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring you find the perfect compatible Brother HL-L3210CW multipack toner.

With large paper capacity, output speeds of up to 18ppm in colour and mono, and wireless connectivity straight out of the box this capable printer can meet all your printing needs.

However, it soon picked up speed, printing our 25-page monochrome test document at a rate just shy of 16ppm (pages per minute), which is pretty good. Was very easy to set up, although its worth looking at the instructions to make sure you remove all the protective packaging inside the printer.

A standout feature is the printer's ability to perform firmware updates directly from the touchscreen display.seconds this device delivers the reliability a business needs with print security features including IP filter, Secure Print and WiFi network authorisation for peace of mind. Within a busy office environment, you don’t need any additional noise to distract you from your work. System Requirements Linux, Android, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 Edition, Microsoft Windows 7 (32/64 bits), Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (32/64-bits), Apple iOS, Windows 8 (32/64 bits), Microsoft Windows Server 2012 x64 Edition, Windows 8. Whether it's text documents, colorful brochures, or high-resolution images, this printer produces sharp, vibrant, and professional-looking results.

There are no frills here – features are limited and there are barely any creature comforts on offer – but if your budget is constrained, it might just tick enough boxes.

Page yields are declared by the manufacturer in accordance with ISO/IEC standards or occasionally estimated based on 5% per page coverage. After the first 18,000 pages (and every 18,000 pages thereafter), you'll have to replace the imaging drum, which adds yet another 0. These products are separated into the correct waste flow at our local depots and send directly to government approved WEEE recycling plants. If you want cheaper prints, you’ll need to look at a mono-only printer like the HP Neverstop, whose prints run to a paltry 0. The device talks over CUPS and others and is happy over wifi, although I believe you can connect it with USB too.

In our speed tests, the HL-L3210CW, like most laser printers, was slow to deliver its first page, taking 16 seconds to get going. Not had any problems printing via USB cable (cable did not come in box, so I used one from previous printer). However, few scenarios demonstrate this as clearly as the HL-L3210CW, the HL-L3230CDW, and the HL-L3270CDW. The screen is decent enough for the job it does – but in quality terms not remotely comparable to the touch screen on a smartphone. Block colour isn't very good though as there are horizontal white lines, which I didn't get so much with previous inkjet printers. For nearly a decade, Bill focused on printer and scanner technology and reviews for PCMag, and wrote about computer technology since well before the advent of the internet.
